Before coming to Achieve, I had no prior athletic training, and wasn't at all fit. I was embarrassed, worried, and frankly scared that I wouldn't be able to complete a trainer-based work out. I began working out with Greg B. at Achieve in November of 2017, attending 3 half hour sessions each week. Greg has tailored a program to my growing strength keeping in mind my initial limited ability, pushing me during each session to do more. Each work out is different, working new muscles, targeting new areas he knows I am looking to change. Over the last 4-months of his progressive program, I've seen incredible progress in the mirror, in my clothes, and in my overall strength. Hiring Greg has not only made my body better, it's improved my overall attitude, and my outlook. Greg definitely works with the whole person: mentally, physically and emotionally to push you to your best you, and has all of the knowledge to get you there - fast.
